Dr. Thomas A. Wong

Dr. Thomas Wong is an established chiropractic sport physician. He is also a Chinese medicine, acupuncture, and Chi Kung specialist.

Dr. Wong was graduated from the College of William and Mary in Virginia with a High Honors bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry and Fine Arts. It is the second oldest university in the States of America. Dr. Wong continued his study in chiropractic. He was graduated from Los Angeles College of Chiropractic of the Southern California University of Health Science.

Prior to his return service in Hong Kong, he was named as one of the Outstanding Young Men of America in 1988.

His background and experience places him well to help athletes maintain proper alignment and achieve optimal performance from their sports. Dr. Wong has served as the Doctor-in-Chief of the Gambia Olympic National Team. He joined the country for the 1996 & 2000 Olympic Games in Atlanta and Sydney.

Dr. Wong’s services are an enormous benefit in treating and preventing sports-related injuries including strains, sprains, tendonitis, bursitis, tennis elbow, golfer’s elbow, frozen shoulder, back pain, and neck pain.

Dr. Wong has practiced in the U.S. and Hong Kong and he currently operates his own chiropractic clinic helping clients with spinal adjustment in order to restore normal nerve transmission and healing potential to the vital structures of the rest of the body.
He has served on the Chiropractors Council of Hong Kong for 11 years including as a Chairman on The Code of Practice Committee from 1993 – 2000 and a Chairman on Registration Committee from 1998 – 2002.

Dr. Wong holds degrees and certifications as a Doctor of Chiropractic (Honors) (D.C.), Chinese Medicine Practitioner (C.M.P.) and Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician (C.C.S.P.) and has published over 80 articles in his areas of expertise.
